Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and passionate Hindi teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Hindi language, literature, and culture, and a commitment to fostering a love for the language among students. The teacher will be responsible for teaching Hindi at the high school level in accordance with the CBSE curriculum, while also encouraging critical thinking and creativity in students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Delivery: Teach Hindi as per the CBSE syllabus for classes IX to XII, ensuring comprehensive coverage of grammar, literature, and language skills.
• Classroom Management: Create a positive and conducive learning environment through effective classroom management strategies. Encourage student participation and discipline.
• Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and exams to track students' progress. Provide feedback on assignments and projects.
• Parent-Teacher Communication: Regularly communicate with parents to discuss the progress, behavior, and overall development of students.
• Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest teaching techniques, Hindi literature trends, and changes in the CBSE curriculum. Attend workshops and conferences as required.
• School Participation: Collaborate with fellow teachers to integrate language and literature learning across different subjects.

Requirements:

• Education: Post-Graduate degree in Hindi (M.A. in Hindi or equivalent) along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of teaching Hindi at the high school level in a CBSE-affiliated school.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written Hindi.
• In-depth knowledge of CBSE Hindi syllabus and exam patterns.
• Ability to teach Hindi literature, grammar, and composition.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Creative approach to teaching with the ability to engage and motivate students.
• Proficient in the use of technology and digital tools for teaching.
• Ability to assess and monitor student progress effectively.
• Personal Attributes:
• Passionate about teaching and dedicated to students' academic and personal development.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certification in Hindi teaching or related fields.
• Experience in teaching Hindi to students from diverse backgrounds.
• Involvement in extra-curricular activities related to Hindi or language arts.
