Job Description

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Hey Support Executive to Inspect and deliver the flats before and after possession to achieve excellent customer satisfaction and review. To be successful at Goyal Properties, you should be persuasive and able to work in a high-pressure environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Due Diligence of Site with respect to expected results and delivered results.
• Upkeep of the mentioned standards.
• A Decent experience/knowledge of Masonry, Paint, Foundation, Storage Facilities, Sidewalks, courtyards, Railings, ceiling, walls, grouting, window frames, entryways, ventilation ducts, electrical services, stairways, floor tiles, heating systems, cooling units, pipelines, kitchen, washroom, electrical items, toilet facilities, worktops and wardrobes.
• Ability to communicate with engineers and highere management on the findings.
• Situation handling experience with customers, teams and vendors.
• Inspection and rectification.
• Post possession maintenance of the society.
• Ability to continuously follow up and deliver.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers, Partners and vendors.
• Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers\' needs and preferences
• Continually meeting or exceedingly daily and monthly target.

ELIGIBILITY COMPETENCIES:

• Required Exp: 1-5 Years
• Real Estate background with hospitality experience is a plus
• Competency in Marathi, English and Hindi Language.
• Bachelor\'s degree/diploma in civil, hospitality, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to constant follow up.
• Strong negotiation, consultative sales skills communication skills.
• Customer driven

• Exceptional customer service skills
