Nazif is a prominent Lebanese restaurant in Indore, known for delivering authentic flavors and exceptional dining experiences. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Helper or Chef to join our team and grow with us in bringing the best of Lebanese cuisine to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of Lebanese dishes (e.g., hummus, falafel, shawarma, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, and assembling dishes) as per recipe guidelines.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Collaborate with the head chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Take initiative to learn and improve culinary skills under supervision.

Requirements

• Experience : Previous experience in cooking or kitchen assistance (Lebanese cuisine experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Skills : Basic knowledge of cooking techniques and a willingness to learn Lebanese cuisine.
• Attributes : Hardworking, reliable, and passionate about food.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
