Job Description

• Assisting in Production:
• Help in the setup, operation, and shutdown of production lines.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of ingredients and raw materials.
• Follow all operational procedures to ensure efficient production flow.
• Operate basic machines and equipment under supervision (e.g., mixers, blenders, filling machines).
• Packaging:
• Assist in packaging finished food products, ensuring they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Ensure that packaging is done in accordance with company specifications (labels, sealing, etc.).
• Cleaning and Sanitation:
• Regularly clean and sanitize workstations, machinery, and equipment.
• Follow all cleaning schedules and ensure that all areas meet hygiene and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness in production areas to ensure compliance with food safety standards.

• Inventory Management:
• Assist with inventory management by counting and tracking ingredients and packaging materials.
• Notify supervisors when supplies are low or when restocking is required.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the food plant.
• Follow the personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Report any unsafe conditions or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure proper handling of food items to prevent contamination.

Qualifications:

• 12 th completed/ incopmlete
• Skills and Competencies:
• Ability to follow instructions and operate basic machinery.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Good manual dexterity and the ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and coworkers.
• Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs (11-23 kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality.
