Job Title: Printing Machine Helper

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking

Printing Machine Helper

to assist in the operation and maintenance of printing machines. The ideal candidate will support machine operators, ensure smooth production, and maintain quality control. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced printing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and operating printing machines. Load paper, ink, and other materials into the machine. Monitor machine operations to detect issues and ensure smooth printing. Perform quality checks on printed materials to ensure accuracy and consistency. Help with routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs of machines. Remove finished printed materials and prepare them for further processing or packaging. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working environment. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic machine issues. Work closely with the printing team to meet production deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a printing or manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role. Basic mechanical skills to assist with machine maintenance. Strong attention to detail for quality control. Good teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with different types of printing machines (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.). Knowledge of printing materials, ink, and color matching. Previous experience as a machine helper or operator in a printing press.
