The role requires physical strength, a willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Production: Support machine operators in tasks such as material loading, unloading, and machine feeding for aluminium formwork manufacturing.
- Material Handling: Transport raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products within the production area as directed by supervisors.
- Equipment Cleaning: Help with cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Assembly Assistance: Aid in assembly and disassembly of formwork components under the guidance of senior technicians.
- Tool Handling: Assist in the proper use, storage, and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and equipment as per instructions.
- Workplace Safety: Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of production waste and debris in a responsible manner, maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Team Support: Carry out any additional duties assigned by supervisors or team leaders as required.
