We are currently seeking a Helpdesk Senior Analyst to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead and drive technology-focused initiatives, with a strong focus on coding, scripting, and automation.
• Develop and maintain a robust catalog of scripts, leveraging your expertise in languages such as Python, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify automation opportunities across various technical domains.
• Design and implement automation solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
• Manage the automation pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of projects and prioritizing based on business needs and impact.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, development, and operations, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly.
• Work closely with technical resources, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in developing their automation and scripting skills.
• Drive the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including coding standards, best practices, and operational procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation solutions, continuously improving their performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with vendors and technology partners, exploring opportunities for collaboration and staying informed about new products and advancements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Extensive experience in coding, scripting, and automation, with a deep understanding of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the underlying technologies relevant to the organization\'s technical domains.
• Proven experience managing automation projects and building a catalog of scripts.
• Solid understanding of coding best practices and experience developing efficient and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and design effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for staying current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with technical resources from various disciplines.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop technical talent.
• Relevant certifications in coding, scripting, or automation technologies, such as AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE), are highly desirable.
