We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Helpdesk professional to join our team in Bangalore and major cities of Karnataka. The Helpdesk personnel will play a pivotal role in managing complaints and service requests across various properties, including apartments, malls, commercial office spaces, hospitals, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. Complaint Handling: Receive, record, and prioritize complaints and service requests from residents, tenants, clients, and staff members. Ensure all complaints are addressed promptly and efficiently.
2. Assignment: Assign complaints to relevant members of the facility team based on priority, availability, and skillset. Follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely resolution.
3. Supervision: Oversee the activities of the facility team to ensure that all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of residents, tenants, clients, and management. Provide guidance and support as needed.
4. Facility Management: Monitor the overall functioning of facilities, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other services. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
5. Assistance to Property Manager: Assist the Property Manager in various administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, coordination, and reporting. Act as a liaison between the facility team and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year to 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in computer applications for data entry, reporting, and communication.
- Knowledge of facility management principles and practices is desirable.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
