: Help Desk Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Help Desk Coordinator to join our team. As a Help Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and resolving calls, complaints, and requests from clients, customers, and tenants. Your attention to detail and ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders will be key in ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues. Responsibilities: Receive and log calls, complaints, and requests into the Servimax system Handle Servimax efficiently and effectively, ensuring all necessary information is accurately documented Forward reactive calls to shift engineers in a timely manner Issue job cards and monitor the progress of ongoing works Input weekly timesheets from engineers into the system Answer queries from tenants, providing prompt and helpful assistance Liaise frequently with tenants to address their concerns and ensure satisfaction Generate performance reports on a monthly basis for presentation to < >>>>> management Maintain an organized schedule of ongoing works and prioritize tasks accordingly File paperwork and maintain proper documentation Take and produce minutes of weekly and monthly meetings Provide on-site end user support for approximately 50 individuals Monitor and maintain network resources such as printers, fax machines, and other office equipment Communicate effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates to ensure efficient operations Notify CSO, Fire Officer, Customer Care Manager, and DGM Facilities of emergency calls promptly Possess a basic understanding of PC hardware and connectivity components Strong knowledge of Windows 2000/XP operating systems Basic engineering knowledge is required Familiarity with web technologies and components is advantageous Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or graduate/diploma in CS, MIS, IT, or related field preferred At least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management Basic understanding of PC hardware and connectivity components Strong knowledge of Windows 2000/XP operating systems Must possess basic engineering knowledge Familiarity with web technologies and components is desired If you are a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
