Job Summary :
The Helpdesk Technician will provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of IT systems and technology infrastructure within the casino. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting employees with technical problems, and maintaining compliance with casino industry regulations. The role requires a proactive approach to resolving IT issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted customer service.

Qualifications :
• Diploma in IT or Electronics and Communication.

• Experience with casino management systems, surveillance systems, and ticketing systems is advantageous.
