We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls related to our loyalty programs, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing timely and accurate information about our loyalty programs, resolving queries, and escalating issues as needed.
Outbound Call Handling: Make proactive outbound calls to registered members to promote program awareness, communicate benefits, and encourage participation
Query Tracking and Reporting: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date query tracker in Excel, ensuring all customer interactions are documented and easily accessible.
Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional query handling skills, call handling etiquettes, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Language Skills: Proficiency in any south Indian regional language will be an added advantage.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service or help desk role
Experience working with loyalty programs or customer retention initiatives
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
