Job Description
? visitor books available at help desk & take the feedback of customers for comments/feedback.
? Ensure wheel chair available for handicap, note down particulars.
? PVR movie programs to be available on help desk & guide the customers accordingly.
? Deal with customers politely & gently; in case of misbehavior by visitor, inform to Duty Manager /GM immediately.
? Must know complete layout of mall; guide the customers accordingly.
? Party programs in conclave / Food Court/ TDS must be known &, guide the guests to venue.
? Pre-aware (24 hours before) the management in case of leave & inform to relieving help desk staff before leave.
? Weekly off and reliefs to be co - ordinated.
? Bring to the notice of Duty Manager if anything wrong/unusual is observed at mall.
