As a rapidly growing player in the AIaaS space, we\'re excited to expand our team and are looking for a dynamic Tele Caller to help drive our success.Responsibilities :- Reach out to prospects via phone and email to introduce our products.- Manage incoming and outgoing calls with a friendly demeanor.- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries.- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine calling scripts.Requirements :- MBA in any field.- Proficiency in English and Hindi.- Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service.- Resilience and motivation, with the ability to handle rejection.- Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
