Key Responsibilities Understanding of the customer requirements along with identifying the risks, gaps if any and Translating business requirements into functional specifications for software development Working with the development team to build and translate functional requirements into technical requirements Scope, groom and prioritize work to ensure releases meet business value Liaise between customer and development team to understand, refine, and manage project expectations Assist with researching key areas, POV, Thought Leadership articles, blogs and case studies Provide required support to the Sales team with new proposals, responses to queries and preparation for customer meetings Provide support to Proficiencies and Practices in building new tools, accelerators, solutions, etc. based on the needs of the industry Conduct periodic training sessions for peers for efficient knowledge management Candidate Profile: You have: Hands-on experience in any one or more sub-sectors of Product Management or Healthcare Technology Hands-on experience in developing SDLC documentation as per industry best practices. Experience working in agile SDLC mode Strong knowledge of at least 2-3 core systems belonging to any of the Healthcare players EMR/EHR/HIS. Awesome to have: Any experience working in Healthcare Technology About 4-5 years of hands-on experience with design, build, implementation and support of Healthcare IT systems Education and Experience: A Medical Doctor (MBBS/BDS/BHMS/BAMS etc) MBA or a Master in Hospital Management 5-7 years of experience in Healthcare Technology 5+ years of work experience in Hospital management
