Urgent hiring Healthcare Recruiter for reputed multispeciality hospital at Pune.

# Qualification : MBA-HR/ PGDBM-HR

# Experience : 1) Ideal candidate should have expertise in Healthcare Recruitment, Job Portals, Social Media etc. 2) Proven Prior 3+ years of relevant Healthcare Recruitment experience. 3) Self driven and motivated to increase efficiency & Performance. 4) Familiarity with the Indian healthcare system and its regulatory requirements is a plus. 5) Strong communication and organizational skills. 6) High attention to detail and strong analytical skills. 7) Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with candidates and clients.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
• Source candidates using various platforms including online job boards, social media, professional networks Recruitment.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for specific job openings.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
• Assist with salary and benefits negotiations as needed.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of potential candidates and recruiting activities.
• Ensure all candidates meet the regulatory requirements of the Indian healthcare system.
• Provide regular updates to HR Head on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Implement systems, processes and automations in place to help us scale faster.

# Salary : Rs.25,000/- to Rs.35,000/- (Subject to Qualifications, Experience, Current CTC).

# Notice Period : Preferably Immediate joiner/ max 30 Days.
