• Accountable for overseeing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Possesses excellent communication skills and has a background in international hiring.
• Proficient in comprehending manpower needs, posting job listings on diverse portals, and sourcing resumes through various channels.
• Conducts thorough screening to assess candidates' competencies in alignment with job descriptions.
• Engages with candidates through in-person meetings, telephonic conversations, or video conferencing to evaluate their qualifications.
• Diligently follows up with candidates to coordinate interview scheduling.

Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing various channels such as Job Boards, Social Media, Networking, Referrals, and LinkedIn groups/projects for sourcing.
Possesses exceptional analytical and organizational skills; exhibits a proactive approach and maintains high standards in all tasks.
Skillful in identifying, constructing, and delivering talent pipelines using both conventional and innovative methods, effectively promoting the company and generating candidate interest.
Proactively seeks out, engages, and activates passive candidates, employing techniques such as LinkedIn and alternative search methods.
Exhibits goal-oriented and self-driven qualities.
Regularly prepares and submits detailed daily/weekly work reports through Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Hands-on experience in recruiting international candidates, specifically in the USA for nursing roles and vendor positions.
Requires prior experience in the healthcare industry.
Provides guidance and counseling to nurses.
Specializes in sourcing candidates with essential language skills such as IELTS and NCLEX.
Proficient in creating and maintaining a comprehensive database.
Willingness to travel for recruitment drives.
A team player with a dedicated approach to assignments, possessing a keen aptitude for learning and innovative thinking.
