Make 80 - 100 calls daily via the phone and Internet and follow a prepared script for prospective candidates; Identify qualified candidates based on the client\'s job requirements and business needs; Communicate with candidates via telephone, email, and/or in-person interviews to determine skill sets, career goals, and applicable positions; Negotiate wage rates and employment terms with candidates, while being able to affirm their commitment to current and future positions; Work with Account Managers to better service client needs, and assist in the inside sales process Maintain data on recruitment activities in applicant tracking system including applicant flow, interviews, hires, terminations/separations;
