Achieve sales targets by promoting health insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Train and support bank staff to cross-sell health insurance products to customers.
Manage the sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.Key Requirements:Proven experience in banca channel sales, preferably in health insurance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
