Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive health insurance sales.
Achieve sales targets by promoting health insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
Train and support bank staff to cross-sell health insurance products to customers.
Manage the sales process, from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales service.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.Key Requirements:Proven experience in banca channel sales, preferably in health insurance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with banking partners.
Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Bachelor\'s degree; additional qualifications in insurance or sales will be an advantage.
