- Specialize in providing comprehensive training and recruitment services tailored to the insurance industry, with a focus on motor and health insurance products.
- Collaborate with call centre agents to assess skill levels and develop customized training programs to enhance their sales abilities.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify underperforming agents in the bottom quartile and devise specialized performance improvement plans to uplift their sales performance.
- Conduct product training sessions to ensure call centre agents have a deep understanding of insurance products, features, and benefits.
- Deliver sales training modules covering techniques such as objection handling, rebuttals, and effective sales scripts.
- Facilitate sales call listening and provide feedback to agents for continuous improvement.
-Manage monthly agent productivities and chalk out plan for the non-performers
- Develop and refine sales scripts to optimize call centre agent interactions with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in insurance training, particularly in motor and health insurance products.
- Experience working with call centre agents and demonstrated success in skill development and performance improvement.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on objection handling and rebuttals.
- Ability to analyze performance data and design targeted improvement plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in creating sales scripts and conducting sales call listening sessions is preferred
