We are Hiring for Health Insurance Processing Associate

Applicants must have excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

Designation: Transaction Processing Associate - Insurance

Skill and Knowledge required:

• Minimum 1-2 Years Experience in Benefits Insurance / Health care Insurance / CNC Insurance / General Insurance (Disability, Leave and Absence management)
• Attention to Detail, Documentation and Client Interaction.
• Analytical Skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel(VLOOKUP up, HLookup, Pivot tables), Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook
• Typing speed of 25 wpm with an accuracy of 80%

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education Any Graduate / Undergraduate (But no current pursing applicants)
• Must have Excellent English Communication skills.
• Should be flexible with WFO & rotational shifts, rotational weekoff.
• 5 days working /2 Days rotational week Off.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Insurance & benefits can apply.
• Looking for immediate joiner / can join within 7 days.
• Age Limit - Upto 35

Perks and Benefits:

Travel Reimbursement or cab facility available in night till 25 Km only for shifts between 6.30 pm to 6.30 am

If not opting for cab, allowance will be provided

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all transactions received through the workflow tool are picked up and completed in time with the required accuracy levels
• Ensure that process guidelines are adhered to in processing all required transactions
• Escalate any issues encountered in time to the team SME or Team Manager
• Complete any and all documentation related to the processing of the transactions
• Ensure all updates are read in a timely manner and applied to the relevant transactions
• Meet the schedule adherence target in terms of login, logout times and login hours
• Ensure that leaves are taken in a planned manner with due notice to and approval from the team manager
