Job:Health Engagement C| MLocation:Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore/ Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/ChennaiExperience:3-6 Years:MBA from Tier-1 B-Schools OR a postgraduate degree with rich experience of working in
US healthcare consulting domain and/or payer/provider front office roles will be a good fit
as well
- 3-6 years of relevant experience
- End-to-end understanding of payer/provider value chain with an in-depth understanding
- Prior experience of working with US healthcare companies preferable or must have
- Exposure to Data Strategy and GenAI for Health Use Cases
- Should have project experience in working around (any 3-5):
o Payer Sales Strategy and Marketing
o Health Insurance Product Design / Benefit Design
o CPQ (Configure-Pricing-Quoting) processes
o Health Insurance Exchanges
o Stakeholder experience design - Broker/Shopping/Member/Provider Portals
o Digital Front Door \xe2\x80\x93 Members/Patients
o CRM Processes and Platforms
o Contact Centers / A&G / Member Retention and Loyalty
- Capability/Process experience in SF Vlocity, SFMC, Highroads, Simplify products would
- Consulting knowledge of Analytics/AI/IoT in Customer Experience area would be a plus
