Our services include personalized diet, consultancy services, assistance over call, and all kinds of support that a person requires. We offer various programs ranging from kids' nutrition to corporate and provide guidance on dealing with common ailments that occur due to poor intake of food. Such as PCOD, thyroid, diabetes, and others.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing counselling to the clients concerned about their lifestyle, eating habits and choices of food.
• Responsible for pitching client a suitable diet plan based on their requirements.
• Responsible for onboarding the potential clients and taking care of the retention part as well.
• Responsible for building rapport with the existing clients as well as the new clients.
• Responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in tele-counselling or customer service
• Knowledge of nutrition and diet plans
• Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent writing and speaking skills
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
