In this role, you will act as the face of our company, interacting directly with customers and guiding them through the claims process. You will ensure that every customer has a smooth and satisfactory experience while working to resolve any issues that arise in claims processing. You will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring our health claims processes are efficient and customer-friendly.Key Responsibilities:1-Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, serving as the spokesperson for us in addressing any concerns related to claims.2-Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the health insurance claims process, explaining underwriting decisions, and ensuring clarity in policy terms and conditions.3-Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints related to claims processing to ensure customer satisfaction.4-Process Improvement: Identify gaps in existing systems and processes that may be causing recurring issues and work towards fixing them to improve the overall customer experience.5-Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and provide solutions that might span across multiple organizational functions.6-Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance brand equity and improve the claims experience.7-Customer Satisfaction Tracking: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, taking proactive steps to address any concerns and continuously improve service.Requirements:1-Required QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
