Job Summary:

Care Bridge Home is looking for

caring and skilled Care Assistants and Nurses

to provide exceptional home care services for the

elderly and individuals with diverse medical needs

. The ideal candidates should be

committed to patient well-being, proficient in caregiving or nursing, and dedicated to delivering compassionate and professional care

.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with

daily living activities

Provide

specialized nursing care

, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring. Support

patients with chronic illnesses, post-surgical recovery, disabilities, and palliative care needs

. Offer

companionship and emotional support

to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assist with

feeding, and dietary management

as per patient requirements. Educate

patients and families

on health conditions, medication use, and self-care techniques. Maintain

hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols

to ensure a clean and healthy environment. Document

patient progress and report changes

in health conditions to the healthcare team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience:

Care Assistants:

Prior experience in elderly care, disability support, or home care is preferred .

Skills Required:

Compassionate and patient-centered approach. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team. Knowledge of elderly care, hygiene, and caregiving techniques
