We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist healthcare professionals in providing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role involves providing day-to-day care and support to patients under the guidance of healthcare staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide support to healthcare professionals during medical procedures.
• Help patients move and position themselves safely.
• Maintain patient records and assist in organizing patient care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare procedures and patient care.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations.
• Compassionate and caring nature.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
