Job Description
HCAs assist nurses and medical staff by maintaining a clean, safe environment, preparing patients for treatments, and ensuring comfort and dignity. Compassionate and patient, they build strong relationships with those they care for, providing emotional support and companionship. HCAs must be attentive, responsive, and possess excellent communication skills to deliver quality care.
