1. Designation: Executive - Safety & Health.

3. Industry: Auto-ancillary Factory.

4. Location: Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

5. Experience: 5 - 6 years as Safety & Health Officer, preferably in Automotive/ Auto-ancillary manufacturing factory (Priority).

6. Educational Requirements: Technical bachelor's degree: B. Tech / BE Mechanical, Diploma in Industrial Safety Certification (Mandatory). Safety Ratification is Mandatory.

7. Mandatory skills: Knowledge of IMS (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards), Excellent in MS office, Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Thorough understanding of health and safety regulations, risk management, and incident investigation techniques.

8. Job Summary: The Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees at the automotive factory. This role requires thorough knowledge of safety regulations and a proactive approach to risk management. The officer will collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and compliance.

9. Key Responsibilities:

Safety Protocol Development: Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs to comply with Andhra Pradesh, Indian regulations and Market standards. Thorough knowledge on Health and Safety part in Andhra Pradesh Factory Rules 1950 and its current amendments and its implementation and practice sustainability.

Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions. Demonstrated proactive approach to identifying and addressing safety issues.

Training & Education: Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels to ensure awareness and adherence to safety standards.

Incident Management: Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine causes and implement preventive measures. Also make reports/dash boards of the same regularly.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including maintaining necessary records and documentation.

Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency response plans and conduct drills to prepare for potential emergencies.

Safety Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and use of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on safety metrics, incidents, and corrective actions for management review. Attend Weekly meeting and submit reports on safety audits and other regulations and requirements. Prepare safety and health reports additionally based on management and department requirements.

Handle Quarterly safety committee meetings and handle all its procedures and close the points arised. Handle all the required statutory requirements.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry best practices, best practices in the group companies and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workplace safety.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
