Short Description
To lead the Security function of HM5V location & manage all security related dynamics at site (Internal & External) while also holding sufficient liaison skills with local Govt. Authorities.
Lead the process to provide Secured environment and maintain harmony, in compliance with statutory and defined norms and procedures.
People with Gujarat Domicile only are required
Key Responsibilities
- Design Security processes for Plants Smooth Operations.
- Provide timely Intelligence Inputs to Management for effective preparation, planning and response.
- Create contingency Plan to counter any Crisis / Emergency.
- Effective Liaison with Government authorities for fruitful relationship.
- Review & Improve Security processes as per requirement.
- Robust Security
- Vigilance system
1. Office Automation Applications
2. Good / Effective communication Skills.
3. Investigation Capabilities.
Education
Bachelor Degree
Master\'s Degree
Relevant Experience
Served in Armed Force as SSC Officer / Similar position or Trained in Industrial Security from a renowned Institute / Organisation.
Challenges:
1. Increase in Crime Rate in Industrial Area in GIDC Halol & adjoining areas.
2. The presence of active labour - unions in nearby plants, and in the industrial belt.
3. Vigilance on the activities of expelled Team Members, contractor- workers and their supporters.
4. Supporting & sustaining plant D&I initiatives by provision of sufficient security cover.
Total 12 - 15 years of experience in Govt. & Industrial service.
