Job Description


Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the companyxe2x80x99s business
goals, focusing on brand positioning, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Brand Management:
Strengthen brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints. Oversee the
development and implementation of brand guidelines and standards.
Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content
marketing, to drive online traffic and e-commerce sales. Collaborate with the e-commerce team to
enhance the online shopping experience.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including in-store promotions,
loyalty programs, events, and partnerships. Monitor campaign performance and ROI, making
data-driven decisions to enhance effectiveness.
Market Research & Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights. Use data
analytics to understand customer behaviour and develop targeted marketing strategies.
Product Launches & Merchandising:
Lead product launch strategies and develop go-to-market plans to drive product awareness and
sales. Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product placement and promotional
strategies.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achievebusiness objectives. Monitor and report on financial performance and return on investment (ROI)
for all marketing activities.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team. Foster a culture of creativity,
collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to enhance brand
visibility and expand market reach.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align
marketing efforts with overall business goals. Present marketing strategies and performance to
senior management and the board.
