Our client is a well-reputed seasoned serial entrepreneur and industry veteran.

He is setting up an exciting project of forming an International Association in a specific area related to the civil aviation industry.

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Strategy Professional to take ownership of the formation of the association and then be part of the leadership running the organization\'s global operations.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Under the guidance and support of seasoned industry veteran serial entrepreneur:

- Prepare a strategy for the formation of the International Industry Association along with a plan of what key activities it would undertake once it comes into effect

- Understand key stakeholders like countries whose national industry associations would be important to rope in

- Prepare a roadmap for its operations, core activities, and revenue model to fund the operations, allied industries, and relevant companies to rope in for the same

- Prepare marketing, media, social media, promotion, and PR plan

- Liaison with key stakeholders like industry bodies, government bodies, Corporates globally and with Legal firm to have the International Industry Association formed

- Design detailed Organization structure and operating model

Once the International Industry Association comes into place, be part of the senior Leadership team to manage key aspects of running its operations to make it a global organization of repute.

Candidate Profile

1 Education: MBA with 8-15 years of experience either as a Consultant in business advisory practice or as a Manager in the Corporate Strategy unit at a company of repute or working in an industry association of repute at in the area of planning and networking/liaisoning

2. This is a Work From Home role, and the incumbent can be from anywhere in India

The position is expected to be closed in the next four weeks.
