FunctionHarley Davidson BUPay BandM3 to M5RoleAs the Head- Training you will be part of the H-D Business and will report to the Head- HDBU. The purpose of your role will be
to facilitate training and development activities in Hero Harley-Davidson for dealers through assessment, collaboration, and delivery of learning plans between Hero H-D and H-D Asia Pacific Regional Headquarters (AP RHQ) and will further manage the efforts of reportees towards this goal.A purpose driven role for youYour key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Manage the assessment and prioritization stages of our learning development lifecycle plans
• Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to gain input, support and approval for all strategies, objectives, concepts and specific training business plans for the dealer network, ensuring that all parties receive a \xe2\x80\x9cbest in class\xe2\x80\x9d experience
• Deliver all Technical & non-technical HDU courses to dealers and field teams
• Directs the development and implementation of standardized process as and where necessary.

• B.E/ B. Tech + MBA
• 10+ years in Training/Aftersales

Technical Skills/Knowledge

• Technical Knowledge of H-D motorcycles and processes
• H-D Motorcycles Diagnostics skills and Master Level Certifications in Service ops and/or PAM
• Service experience on Large Capacity multi cylinder motorcycles
• Motorcycle customisation
• Presentation & Communication skills.
• Knowledge of H-D net, SAP and H-D warranty policies shall be added advantage.

Behavioural Skills

• Interpersonal skills, leadership skills and Communication skills to manage dealer and H-D communications independently
• Knowhow to operate Excel, PowerPoint
• Passionate about motorcycling and customisation
