Designation : Head- Thermal Design Engineer

Experience : Min 6 yrs

Location : Nashik

General and Task Management:

• Process Design of Various types of Heat Exchangers based on the client provided process data/details.

• Responsibility involves review of client process details, P&ID study, Process/thermal Design of Heat exchangers using HTRI software, optimization of heat exchangers during bid stage.

• Selection of exchangers, materials (tubes, tube sheets, baffles etc) tube layouts etc, including process calculations.

• Coordination with inter-disciplines, other departments and external agencies likeclient, consultants, etc.

• Preparation / Review of techno-commercial estimations for static equipment

• Must know about ASME codes along with API & TEMA standards.

• Awareness on fluid behavioural changes with respect to pressure & temperature.

• Knowledge about different heat exchanger construction & components as per TEMA guideline.

• Comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.

• Optimization of process/thermal design & getting the approvals from clients/consultants for the optimum design calculations.

• Comfortable with hands-on engineering and possess strong knowledge of production processes

• Good eye for small details

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Having Min 6-10 years of Experience in Heat Exchanger Thermal designing.

• Strong working knowledge on thermal designing software's.

• BE. Chemical qualified.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,577,967.71 - ?2,046,220.65 per year
