Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.RoleThe SCM Head will be responsible for leading and optimizing the supply chain operations within India Manufacturing at FLS. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, including sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain strategies, and the ability to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness across the supply chain.Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Leadership:Align supply chain strategies with organizational goals, oversee major functions, and drive continuous improvement using data analysis.Mentor the SCM team and ensure compliance with regulations and company values.Sourcing, Procurement & Inventory Management:Lead sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
