Reporting to : Market Leader India Location : Gurgaon Summary Works, as a Strategy specialist, on the development of the medium term policy for his sub discipline and processes results into a vision/roadmap. u00A0Distinctive is a high degree of original, out of the box thinking, needed to find solutions to the assignments. u00A0Formulates new solutions by integral, original thinking and adds new concepts/elements to his sub discipline. u00A0Combines abstract ideas at a high conceptual level, and generates new types of solutions. Formulates, as a recognized authority, solutions across multiple disciplines to effectively achieve goals together. u00A0Builds actively networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips for his specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights. u00A0May lead multi-disciplinary strategy change projects, managing a significant number of people. You are responsible for Contributing to development of business strategies to achieve company goals. Review and recommend improvements to existing business strategies. Lead high impact projects to completion with cross team collaboration in a matrix organization Work with the team to develop innovative business techniques and models. Identify business gaps and propose corrective actions. Recommend business improvements based on market and competitive trends. Perform root cause analysis of potential problems and provide effective resolutions Develop business cases based on business analytics and competitive intelligence. Develop business plan across key projects and initiatives To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience 8+ years of overall industry work experience MBA degree from a Tier 1 institute Strong analytical skills Experience of developing Solutions (digital and/or non-digital) Enterprise mindset Ability to work with various functional and business stakeholders both at a local and global level Ability to think ahead of the curve and align businesses in the direction
