Role: Head - Strategic Technology ConsultingLocation: AhmedabadReports To: GCSOJob Summary:The Head of Strategic Technology Consulting will lead our technology consulting division, ensuring the delivery of innovative and strategic technology solutions to our clients. This role requires a visionary leader with deep knowledge of the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies, who can drive growth, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure the continuous development of our consulting capabilities.Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the technology consulting practice.
  • Align the consulting services with the overall business goals and client needs.
  • Identify emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on clients\' businesses.
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technology consultants.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Encourage knowledge sharing and collaboration within the team.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Drive innovation within the consulting practice, exploring new approaches and solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve consulting processes and methodologies.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client business challenges and provide tailored technology solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through quality delivery and innovative solutions.
  • Document Repository Access and Utilization:
  • Maintain document/proposal repository.
  • Improve quality of repository and ensure timely update.
  • Ensure all critical sales materials (e.g., product brochures, case studies, presentations) are up-to-date within the repository (measured by regular audits).
  • Reduce time spent searching for sales materials.
  • Implement a system for categorizing and tagging documents to improve searchability within minimum timeframe.
  • Increase team collaboration on document creation and updates within the repository.
  • Develop a process for soliciting feedback on the usefulness of sales materials stored in the repository
  • Improve Presales efficiency and productivity through faster access to sales materials
  • Enhanced team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology consulting, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of current technology trends, including cloud computing, AI/ML, IoT, cybersecurity, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Client Focus: Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
