Overview:

The Head of Sport Management oversees sports programs, manages daily operations, enhances the school's sports offerings, and promotes the sports department through various media channels. The role requires a background in sports management, operations, and social media, with a focus on student-athlete development and awareness of sporting events.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive sports programs.

Coordinate with coaches and staff to deliver high-quality sports education.

Manage daily operations, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Maintain sports facilities and equipment.

Support and mentor student-athletes.

Organize training sessions, workshops, and camps.

Develop and execute a social media plan to promote sports programs.

Plan and coordinate sports events and tournaments.

Stay informed about local, regional, and national sporting events.

Liaise with parents, students, staff, and external partners.

Represent the sports department in meetings and events.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in sports management, operations, and social media.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Experience with youth sports programs is desirable.

Awareness of local, regional, and national sporting events.

First aid and CPR certification preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,600,000.00 per year
