Lead the logistics transformation as Head - Site Logistics, managing multi-site operations for hazardous goods like chemicals and gases, while driving digital innovation and ensuring top-tier safety and complianceReporting to the Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO), you will:

• Lead all surface transportation, warehousing, and site logistics operations across multiple sites, managing both inbound and outbound logistics for bulk and packaged goods.
• Oversee logistics operations for hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with Responsible Care standards and best practices.
• Manage logistics procurement processes, negotiating competitive rates with Logistics Service Providers (LSP) and optimizing 3PL performance through audits, benchmarking, and corrective action.
• Drive continuous improvement projects in site logistics, particularly digital initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure adherence to corporate safety objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership to a team of 3 direct reportees and manage a total logistics team of 12-15 professionals.
• Work closely with senior leadership to scale the logistics function and prepare for potential progression to the Domestic Logistics Head role.

• An Engineering Degree and MBA in Supply Chain Management or Operations are required; CPIM/APICS certification is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and site logistics management in a manufacturing setup.
• Proven experience in managing logistics for hazardous materials, such as chemicals, petrochemicals, or gases, with a strong understanding of site logistics processes.
• Expertise in logistics procurement, 3PL management, and cost optimization, with experience in digital initiatives to drive operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive change
