- Project Sales Budget (Absolute Value) for Premium products Contributions (EPDM) Elastoduct, Silver Clad, Aerostick Colour
- Appoint dealers/distributors wherever required as well as maintain good relationship with customers, superiors & subordinates.
- Strategies formulations for achieving budgeted sales.
- Build up team, support & guide them to achieve the set targets.
- New Product development, business development for applicators.
- New Client acquisition.
- Coordinate with plant for qualitative production and timely dispatch of order.
- Responsible for all marketing activities.
- Market awareness, especially competitor\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
- Branding/promotion activities/CRM/relationship building & industrial presence.
