#### Role Title
Head - Sales
#### Role Overview
Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth:
• Identify Sales Goals & Plans for the business
• Establish and expand client relationships with existing and new brands and maximise revenue on sponsorship and talent management business
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for sponsorship and talent management services.
• Develop YoY sales projection plans for the Sr. leadership and periodic tracking of the plan
• Analyse sales performance data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of sponsorship and talent management initiatives.
• Strong experience in negotiation high valued contracts
• Candidate will have to collaborate closely with other department heads - Legal / finance / PR / Marketing etc to achieve overall company goals
• Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Identify and pursue relevant new business opportunities within the sports and entertainment landscape
Rights Holder Management:
• Accurate and ethical expectation setting between clients and rights holders while conducting business
• Protect the Intellectual Properties for both the rights holders and the brands
• Adhere by Legal and Contractual Compliance while closing and managing partnerships
Create Brand Strategy & Brand Management:
• Spearhead efforts to identify opportunities and create effective strategies for sponsorships across RISE athlete portfolio
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the sports industry, corporate partners and brands.
• Oversee the creation of sponsorship proposals and sales material for the entire team during sponsor onboarding process
Build Relationships with Brands/Sponsors:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, sponsors, and industry partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, addressing their needs and ensuring expectations are being met
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and contractual obligations
#### Core Competencies
• 10 or more years of experience in managing Key Accounts, and onboarding new business
• This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a deep understanding of the sports industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in building and managing high-performance sales teams
• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing partnerships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Team Management experience of minimum 5 yrs
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
#### Preferred Work Experience
Minimum 10 Years into Leading a Sales & Talent Management Team/Events/Athlete & Client Servicing.
