Location: Gurgaon/Navi Mumbai/Kolkata

B2B Sales Head - IT products / IT Services

Our client is the frontrunner in embracing innovation and leveraging world-class & cutting-edge technology to deliver maximum business value to its customers. We are looking for a high-performing senior B2B sales professional to lead and manage team of technology sales professionals in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible to meet B2B customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible to guide and lead team of Business Development Managers to acquire and close new logos.

- Research prospective logo\'s markets, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement by engaging with senior technology leaders.

- Understand the target markets, including industry, company, project, company contacts and which market strategies can be used to attract clients.

- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning.

- Follow the latest technology developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

- Qualified degree with 15 to 20 years of B2B sales experience in Cyber Security Sales, IT product or IT services or IT solutions in BFSI sector

- Solid experience in managing B2B sales / business developments professionals.

- Strong network of senior technology professionals (CTO\'s, CEO or COO)

- Ability to think strategically with knowledge of B2B Sales principles.
