Job Description

:

We are looking for a diligent and experienced Head Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They will develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct audits and inspections, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor and report on key quality metrics to senior management.
• Conduct training sessions on quality concepts and tools for employees.

Requirements:

• BTECH, Engineering, Mechanical or a related field .
• Sheet Metals + welding background.
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager or similar role in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Certification as a Quality Manager (e.g., Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
