Job Description


Key Responsibilities:Retail Expansion & Project Leadership:

  • Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable store prototypes, optimizing layouts for enhanced customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and Business Development teams to identify high-impact retail locations and assess feasibility.
  • Establish cost frameworks and optimize budget utilization through strategic vendor partnerships and bulk procurement negotiations.
  • Lead end-to-end project planning, including defining milestones, risk mitigation, and contingency planning for on-time store launches.
  • Ensure adherence to global best practices in retail project execution while incorporating localized design considerations.
  • Oversee comprehensive project execution, leveraging advanced project management methodologies to drive efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Ensure smooth handover of completed projects to Operations, incorporating post-launch support strategies for ongoing optimization.
  • Define and implement property identification and site selection standards from an execution and feasibility standpoint.
  • Conduct in-depth site assessments and collaborate with engineering teams and consultants to finalize architectural and technical specifications.
  • Spearhead project review forums, proactively addressing execution roadblocks and streamlining decision-making processes.
Facilities & Infrastructure Management:
  • Lead a high-performing technical team responsible for infrastructure maintenance and operational excellence across the retail network.
  • Establish and enforce proactive maintenance protocols for critical store infrastructure, including HVAC, power systems, and fire safety mechanisms.
  • Engage with industry-leading consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and approvals.
  • Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle management of key operational equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and cost efficiency.
  • Drive innovation in facility management by implementing automation, energy optimization, and technology-driven maintenance solutions.
