Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project management team for solar and wind projects.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with site leads and ensure effective communication and reporting.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, contractors, and government agencies.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- In-depth knowledge of solar and wind energy projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
