Designation Head - Product Engineering

Lead discussion with internal stakeholders on needs and viability of devices from technical and commercial perspective.
Manage a team of product managers, hardware and software engineers, validation SMEs and supply chain experts to orchestrate development and mass production of devices.
Responsible for driving the organization's bundle devices portfolio for complete lifecycle management

Desired Profile

Demonstrable experience of having built and managed teams.
Strong experience in vendor management, relationship management with hardware/software design and manufacturing ecosystem
Responsible for monitoring of devices and their performance in the field/customers to continuously improve the experience and design quality.
Work with business teams to monitor devices deployment and take-off trends and manage engineering and production roadmap with partner ecosystem.
Drive manufacturing partners to setup India-based production and sustenance of devices
