Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for construction materials, services, and capital goods, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to quality standards. - Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers, maintaining strong professional relationships. - Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to forecast demand and ensure timely procurement to meet project timelines. - Implement and oversee the tendering process, from document preparation to bid evaluation and vendor selection. - Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement and contracts in India. - Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply chain risks to adjust strategies proactively. - Develop and maintain a sustainable and ethical supply chain. - Lead and mentor the procurement team, setting objectives and reviewing performance to ensure professional growth and alignment with company goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9125,000.00 per month Benefits:
