Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies for construction materials, services,and capital goods, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to quality standards.- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and service providers,maintaining strong professional relationships.- Coordinate with project managers and other department heads to forecast demandand ensure timely procurement to meet project timelines.- Implement and oversee the tendering process, from document preparation to bidevaluation and vendor selection.- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to procurement andcontracts in India.- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and supply chain risks to adjuststrategies proactively.- Develop and maintain a sustainable and ethical supply chain.- Lead and mentor the procurement team, setting objectives and reviewingperformance to ensure professional growth and alignment with company goals.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9125,000.00 per monthBenefits:
