Leadership opportunity to manage all plant engineering activities Leadership opportunity with a renowned beverage setup globally As an engineering head, the incumbent would be expected to lead all functional teams (electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, civil), deliver on engineering specific forecasting needs and overall plant operations Lead the engineering capex, opex and other budgetary norms to ensure smooth execution and operation of the plant and achieve technological and process advancements for operational efficiency Lead and deliver on engineering projects, resource optimizations, utility and maintenance operations, while adhering to timelines, cost and quality Ensuring SOP adherence and policy compliance, inspections and testing for smooth plant operations Erection, commissioning, and testing of various machinery & system as per specifications Energy and power consumption with focus on carbon footprint will be crucial The Successful Applicant Candidates with strong engineering academics with a degree in Mechanical and atleast 15+ years of experience in sugar, chemical, alcohol, beverage industry will be highly preferable Team leading and leadership skills of managing large scale multi functional teams for atleast 5+ years will be mandatory What\'s on Offer A leadership opportunity to manage all engineering functions of a large scale plant To become a part of a legacy brand in the beverage industry
