Our proprietary technology and systems allow us to deliver high-quality services at honest prices through operational efficiencies and process enhancements.Clinical Responsibilities:- Diagnose and treat complex dental and facial irregularities, developing and executing comprehensive treatment plans using braces, aligners, and other orthodontic appliances.- Actively participate in clinical cases while ensuring high-quality care and optimal patient treatment outcomes.- Monitor the progress of treatments, making necessary adjustments to achieve patient satisfaction and desired results.- Stay updated with advancements in orthodontics, integrating innovative techniques and best practices into patient care.- Educate patients and their families about treatment options, oral hygiene, and the importance of compliance throughout the treatment process.- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, including treatment plans and progress updates.Management Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of orthodontic professionals, including associate orthodontists and support staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.- Strategize and monitor clinical and operational processes, identifying and addressing process gaps to enhance efficiency and overall workflow.- Develop, implement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate clinical outcomes, operational success, and practice growth.- Oversee daily operational workflows, including scheduling and patient flow, to maximize efficiency and optimize resource utilization.- Collaborate with management teams to ensure smooth practice operations and exceptional patient experiences.
