Purpose Responsible for planning end-to-end readiness from a non-technical perspective for the program. In this the person would be responsible to deliver on NPI development and ramp. Key Responsibility 5M Readiness Review 5M readiness with SMT to highlight key issues and find the path to closure on key blockers, risks, and mitigation. Build schedule timelines Have end-to-end ownership of readiness of engineering builds. Responsible for facility, security, IT, fixture, consumable readiness. Coordinate with above teams to drive on-time completion Ramp Readiness Have end-to-end ownership of readiness of ramp readiness. Plan ramp schedule including new buildings, facilities, equipment and manufactured components. Responsible for facility, security, IT, equipment, fixture, consumable readiness. Resource Planning Plan resources for Engineering builds and plan resourcing calendar for ramp. Budget Planning Prepare the budget for program during development period after taking inputs from all the teams. Track actual vs spent and provide insights Key account management Own the relationship for the designated program. Conduct the reviews with the customer as per agreed cadence. Showcase the progress made by TEPL in between every review to leadership and sponsors. Provide the inputs for actions to be taken to the respective DRI.
