The candidate would be responsible for growing the Online Presence of a well known retail chain. The candidate would be responsible for the entire P&L of the digital channel - Sales generation, Marketing Spends, Strategic Alliances and Brand DevelopmentKey Responsibilities:- Manage the digital channel's profit and loss, overseeing sales generation, marketing expenditures, strategic partnerships, and brand development.- Campaign Management , Design, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns, focusing on SEO, SEM, and performance analytics to maximize reach and ROI.- Work with both new and existing brand partners to expand revenue streams and drive sales.- Utilize CRM tools to develop strategies for customer retention and repeat growth.- Establish partnerships and alliances that support revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing online marketing team.- Work closely with IT to enhance the customer buying experience and maintain a strong partnership with the offline retail team for an integrated approach.
