Job Description

Oversee the operations of the 3PL warehouse (Inventory, Manpower) and manage the logistics department efficientlyReporting to the Head Of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for:

• Ensure an efficient warehouse operation which is able to function as per the agreed capacity of the shifts.
• Develop and maintain metrics/KPIs, reports, process documentation and training and safety records.
• Ensure KPI adherence of Inward, outward, return, inventory & CS operations.
• Keep a track of KPI adherence & daily review with 3PL.
• Detailed capacity planning with 3PL (Infra, Manpower).
• Monitor Inventory Control measures of daily counts and Statutory Inventory Audits. Ensure that operations SOPs are adhered to.
• Responsible for Overall Operation Inward / Outward / Returns and Coordination with Vendors of FM & LM.
• Closure & keeping a record of exceptions of Inward, outwards & returns.
• Coach, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to optimise performance and meet targets and deadlines

• Minimum experience of 10 years in heading warehouse management for an ecommerce company/ D2C fashion brand
• Proven management skills with the ability to optimize self & team performance and development.
• High degree of analytical skills with innovation in solutions in Warehousing
• Proven track record in designing and implementing warehousing solutions for efficiencies
• Ability to build, lead and motivate a skilled team able to meet objectives and agreed targets.
• Good IT skills, in particular spreadsheets and databases and a knowledge of warehouse management systems
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Exhibit in depth knowledge of latest supply chain/ logistics processes, LEAN methods & current best practices.
